(502) instant glue filling and sealing machine is a new product developed and produced by our factory according to the development needs of the adhesive industry. It is specially designed for 502 instant glue manufacturers using plastic hose as packaging material. It is the choice of filling equipment for manufacturers.

Working process:

Manually insert the hose into the indexing coil base (16 stations), use mechanical transmission for automatic transposition and photoelectric detection to confirm that there is a tube to start automatic metering and filling into the tube, use cam to fold automatically, which is safe and airtight, and can ensure the quality of the product. The machine adopts stepless speed regulation and photoelectric control to fill when there is a bottle and no filling when there is no bottle. It is suitable for filling and capping 502 instant glue.
