3、 Accurate metering control

The filling adopts fixed channel parameters and controls the filling time to realize different metering filling.

The accurate filling time of pneumatic valve can be set to 0.01 seconds, which can control the measurement accuracy within the error range of ± 1%, reduce unnecessary material loss and improve the economic benefits of users.

The measurement of each filling head can be adjusted separately to achieve the consistency of filling measurement.

The machine has set the bottle feeding technical program, no bottle, no filling if the counting is not in place, and the filling can be started only when the number of bottles recorded by the counter is consistent with the set number of filling bottles.

The filling quantity can be initially adjusted to the required filling quantity, and then fine tuned to obtain the ideal filling measurement accuracy.
